To continue providing our patients with the highest level of eye care and expanded services, effective June 1, 2026, Landmark Eye Care has officially merged with Insights Optical.
We know that changes in your healthcare routine can bring questions, and we want to immediately put your mind at ease. This transition is a positive, growth-oriented partnership designed entirely with the care of you and all of our other patients in mind. While our name and location are changing, the core of the practice you have trusted for years remains unchanged.
What This Means for Your Care
We want to reassure you that your ongoing eye care will be seamless, uninterrupted, and completely familiar. Here is what you can expect during this transition:
- Dr. Jimenez and her staff are moving, too: Dr. Lithia Jimenez isn’t going anywhere. She is staying on to continue seeing patients and bringing her dedicated staff with her to the new practice family.
- An expanded care team: You will now be cared for by both Dr. Jimenez and Dr. Zachary Short, alongside a combined team committed to your vision and overall eye health.
- Secure record transfers: Don’t worry, you don’t have to fill out any paperwork or administrative information. Your medical records remain strictly confidential and have been transferred securely to the new office to keep total continuity of care.
- Existing appointments stand: If you already have an appointment scheduled with Landmark Eye Care, it carries over automatically. We look forward to seeing you at the new office on your scheduled date and time.
